Appeal Refusal
Depending on the type of application, many immigration decisions can be appealed from either outside or inside Canada. Some decisions can be appealed to the Federal Court of Canada, such as refusals of visitor visa, student visa, work permit, Humanitarian and Compassionate, etc.
Other decisions can be appealed to the Immigration Appeal Division, such as the refusal of overseas spousal sponsorship and residency obligation decisions.
All appeal procedures are time sensitive and complex in the process. This requires professional experience and knowledge to effectively challenge a decision. Please contact us for a solution that best meets your needs.
