U.S. EB-3 immigration refers to immigrants sponsored by employers of professional talents and belongs to the third priority level. As long as the applicant obtains a long-term employment guarantee permit from the U.S. employer, the applicant can obtain a labor card, apply for immigration for the whole family, and eventually obtain a green card.
