EB-2 High Level Employer Sponsored Immigration
The EB-2 immigration project refers to applicants who hold an advanced degree (usually a master's degree or above) or are professionals or foreigners with special abilities. They are sponsored by a U.S. employer, making the applicant eligible to apply for second priority immigration and obtain Green card.
Application Conditions
The following 4 items need to be met:

Possess a master's degree or above, or a bachelor's degree plus more than five years of work experience in this professional field;

If your personal major and expertise meet the needs of the U.S. labor market, you must first apply for a labor certification from the Department of Labor;

After approval by the labor department, submit an immigration application to the U.S. Immigration Department.
