EB-1C Immigration for Multinational Executives
EB-1C Immigration for Multinational Executives
EB-1C immigration is the "Multinational Enterprise Executives and Managers" category among the first priority categories of employment-based immigrants stipulated in the U.S. immigration law. This category allows multinational companies to send their senior managers based outside the United States to a branch or headquarters in the United States to continue working in senior management positions. Applying for the EB-1C immigrant visa requires that a company in the United States have a recognized multinational partnership with a foreign company outside the United States. As long as the Chinese parent company or an enterprise from other countries has or will establish a multinational enterprise relationship with an American enterprise, it can apply for U.S. EB-1C immigration.
